When the contract is worthy of the utmost protection

Three signing strengths —
You choose.

An electronic signature with a verification code for everyday dealings, and above it two levels for sensitive ones: a verified identity by face and official document, and a digital signature with an approved token.

From drafting to authentication

Your first destination for electronic signatures
With the legal weight of Egyptian law.

From writing the document to signing and authenticating it — one connected route, with documented legal weight at every step.

1 Prepare the document

Write your contract inside the platform, import a Word file, or upload a ready PDF — and it appears with its formatting intact.

3 Verify identity

Each party proves their identity with a government ID and a face match before signing.

5 Track and archive

Every contract stays in your account archive with a complete audit trail, along with an alert before its renewal date.

2 Set the parties

Add the signers, set the order they sign in, and drag each signature field into place on the document.

4 Sign with legal weight

A signature time-stamped to the PAdES standard and bound to an independent verification certificate.

From the idea to the contract in force

Watch the whole journey —
and steer it.

Two ways to start, and three signature strengths — choose for yourself and watch how the route changes.

1

Upload your file

Upload a PDF or Word file — it keeps its formatting exactly as it is, and you drag the signature fields onto its pages.

2

Place the fields on the file

Use the field editor to add signature, name, date and other fields, then drag and drop them into the right places within the contract.

3

You sign first

Sign with ease — as an individual, by drawing your signature or using a saved one; or as a company, using an electronic signing token or the company seal. Every signature is documented with a timestamp and an IP address.

4

Choose the signature strength

Three levels of legal weight: an electronic signature, identity confirmation with an official document, or a digital certificate (token) — you choose.

5

Email verification and signing

The party opens their private link, enters the verification code sent to their email, and signs — with a complete audit trail.

6

An enforceable, verified contract

A final copy carrying every signature + a completion certificate with a document number, a QR code and a SHA-256 fingerprint — delivered to both parties at once.

Egyptian — and it works with the entire world

Sign from anywhere.
Prove it everywhere.

A signed and documented contract in under a minute, from anywhere in the world. No account and no app: the other party signs from their phone browser with their official national identity document, the signature is issued at the highest degree of legal weight within more than ten layers of security — and it remains publicly verifiable at any time.

Wthaiq verifies the identity of the other party through proof of identity, whether a national ID card, a passport, or a driving licence, across more than 180 countries — automatic verification of document validity, combined with live face matching.

Bilingual contracts

Levels of authentication — The two strongest grades

Two levels at the highest degree of legal weight.
Choose the one that fits the value of your agreement.

A simple signature is enough for everyday dealings. But when a contract carries more value, or stronger proof is asked for, Wthaiq offers two higher tiers: confirming the signer's identity with a government document and a face match, or using your company's token issued by Misr for Central Clearing, EgyTrust, Fixed Misr, or others.

Verified identity For medium- and high-value contracts

Signing with a verified identity

Before the other party can sign, they are asked to photograph their identity document and complete a live face match. The document's data is read and its validity checked automatically, and the full result is kept in the contract's evidence log — so the signature is tied to one specific person, not to a phone number alone.

Certified digital signature Highest legal weight

Digital signing with a certified certificate

A cryptographic signature created inside a secure token, using a digital certificate issued in the signer's name. And the token — whether a company e-seal or a signer's signing token — is the strongest basis in electronic signing and the hardest to repudiate; your PIN and your data never leave your device.

  • A digital certificate in the signer's name from a licensed certification authority
  • The signing key is held inside the chip and never leaves it
  • A cryptographic fingerprint that reveals any change made after signing
  • Legal weight equivalent to official instruments under Law 15 of 2004
The token you already have is enough — its certificate is read and the signing happens on your device.
How do you choose the right tier?

A practical rule: a simple signature for everyday dealings, a verified identity whenever the signer's person must be proven, and a digital signature whenever the highest legal weight is required or the agreement is with an official body. You can combine them in one contract — a tier for each party, according to their role.

Why Wthaiq?

A foundation you can trust.

No signature is issued without its proof: a verified identity, a SHA-256 fingerprint, and an audit trail any party can review.

Know with certainty who signed

The other party cannot sign until their identity is proven — by a method chosen according to the document's importance.

Questions answered fast

What people ask most before you start.

Is an electronic signature on Wthaiq legally recognised in Egypt?+

Yes, electronic signatures are regulated by Egypt's Electronic Signature Law No. 15 of 2004 and its executive regulations. We attach a completion certificate, a digital fingerprint and an audit trail to every document to strengthen your evidentiary position, while the weighing of the evidence remains a matter for the court.

Does the second party need an account in order to sign?+

No. You send them a secure link, which they open and sign directly without creating an account, with their identity confirmed by a one-time code (OTP) before signing is completed.

How can I be sure the contract has not been altered after signing?+

Every document has a SHA-256 fingerprint computed at the moment of completion, a verification number and a QR code. Enter the verification number on the public verification page to see the original document's details — and any change to the content produces a completely different fingerprint.

Can I upload my own contract, or write it myself?+

Yes, and that is the norm: you write the document yourself in the editor, import a Word file, or upload a ready-made PDF and sign it as it is. The platform supplies no forms and no ready-made legal wording.

How does the system confirm the identity of the other party?+

Before signing is completed the system verifies the identity of the signer: an image of an identity document together with a face capture, a one-time code (OTP), or a signature made with a token. The method used and the time of each step are recorded in the audit trail.

Are my data and my contracts protected?+

The connection is encrypted with TLS 1.2+, every document carries a SHA-256 fingerprint that reveals any alteration, and every action on your documents is written to a full audit trail. We claim no encryption at rest, no accreditation and no external audit. Your documents stay in your own account, reachable by nobody but you and the people you share them with.
